You can login with your QNB Mobile and Internet Banking user name and password, or if you forgot your credentials, you can securely reset through the App. If you have not registered yet, you can simply register selecting Register Now. If you are not yet a QNB customer, you still can enjoy many of our services.

Not user friendly, not intuitive. Lot's of features you'll usually have in an app bank, not available. An app should make you life simple... This one hates customers...You cannot cancel process, cannot cancel applications or actions. I cannot see my debit card in the app, it shows as I don't have any card. It doesn't display my transaction and their details (merchant detail, amount paid etc. Cannot find a transaction and click on it to show me details of the purchase. Statement is highly costly

I have been easily doing my banking needs through QNB Mobile app, I don't recall facing an operation that requied me to go to the branch. the interface is easy and clean, and reflects the reliability, robustness, and trustworthiness of QNB.

Have been trying for the past 24hrs to update this qnb app but it is not working and has refused to install on my phone. It keeps saying it will install shortly. I think there is a problem somewhere that needs to be sorted with this app
