Ratings and reviews

Update it still sucks it's just a touch faster. I'm less than impressed, can we go back to the old app? it at least worked. This new version and website are well useless. My mortgage info is hidden on the main page by default and can't be turned on, so it takes extra taps to access a web page in the app. You can't swipe to go back, or swipe to log out. The manage cards function is broken. And it's super slow. By the way the "code" you have to download to enable viewing PDFs is case sensitive.

I have to agree with the other negative reviews. This is a significant downgrade from the previous app. It's slow, clunky, and buggy. The new UI is unintuitive and actions that used to be straightforward now take multiple clicks to accomplish. They've buried loan payments in a separate transfer menu and completely removed any card management abilities. This is one of the worst app "upgrades" I've ever had the misfortune to be stuck with.

I was ignorant to expect this new app would be a better experience after the shenanigans VACU pulled with their rewards program for their credit cards. The UI and UX are a serious step back from the native-feeling app of the past. The performance problems will, hopefully, easy over time. For now the app is slow, clunky, uses twice as much space and for little tangible benefit. It's just a wrapper for VACU's website, which also looks/feels like a step backwards.
