Exactly what it says on the tin. Punch in the band colors, get the resistance and tolerance. Ad is small and out of the way, just how it should be. Wish it had a min/max value chart, but nothing's perfect.

For what it does this app gets 5 stars! Simplicity itself! There is a comment that the colours should carry names to assist users afflicted with colour blindness but that begs the question as to how a person so afflicted is going to identify the colours on a resistor in the first place. Love it....

Excellent! Too easy to handle, very simple. I loved it. Although i haven't verified all combinations, i got exactly values according to my inputs. So, it's helping me nicely.
