Mine NEVER works anymore. I open it and it just goes to a blank screen and if I do get lucky and SOMETHING comes up, it freezes. And many times; even though I have it marked to show on my home and lock screens, it won't, I have to open the app to get it to come back up. This is almost a weekly occurance. Such a disappointment as it was so great before. Also now there's ads??? Yuck EDIT: They must have fixed a bunch of things because it works now except some of the videos won't load.

While the app works and is easy to navigate I ran into an issue last night during severe weather. Included is an email I sent too you explaining. Takes to long to load waiting for the ads to pop up and the app itself fails numerous times to load when severe weather is moving in.
