Whatsapp business is very helpful, but after the recent update, i am not able to upload a status getting the error (couldn't send) it's really frustrating. I've been trying for 2 or 3 days and facing the same issue. Plus when sending a broadcast for my client sometimes it crash and cannot send to the same. Broadcast list again...

Comparing this to whats app, overall it does not seem to have any improvements, google assistant can't find it and tries to log me in to WhatsApp (personal) which is a pain when driving and needing to send a message or make a call. I cannot group conversations into a folder to easier keep track and be able to message mutiple parts of my bussiness easily. AND I cannot find a desktop app. So overall I'm struggling to see the benefit of this app.

I love the App but I was very dissappointed when my history was just wiped clean on 3 occasions, then backed up to a week before. The problem is my catalogue can't be backed up, it was so much work setting it up. I'm now very sceptical setting my catalogue up again. That is extememly disappointing as it's so convenient to send it to your customers
