Been using this app for several months now. Great way to keep all our clients info, make and track phone calls (which employee made a follow up call, to whom the call was transferred etc.) One glitch we continually have, the system doesn't let me "park" (put on hold) or transfer calls (sip error) to the company's credit, they are quick to respond and fix it. Thanks

Overall has good features but very buggy. Throughout versions, call audio goes between speaker and Bluetooth intermittently, so I have had important or sensitive information suddenly play out loud instead of in my ear. This is more pronounced in the new update. Now if I have call audio set to my Bluetooth, when I make a call neither works properly and I have to fully turn off Bluetooth for the other person to hear me. Incredibly frustrating and an unprofessional face to present to clients.

Every single time I receive a call and open it, it asks me to review the app. This blocks the ability to answer the call! Extremely annoying. As a result I have submitted probably hundreds of 1 star reviews which clearly no one looks at. Please sort it out!
