[New Feature]
- The Woori Card smart app has been upgraded to the Woori WON Card app with more diverse functions.
- We have designed the same experience on the homepage/mobile app/mobile web.
- Customer accessibility has been improved by placing related/main services at the bottom of every page.
- Convenience of use has been improved through specialized functions such as automatic login and SSO (Single Sign On).
※ The app has been renewed with Woori WON Card, so resetting simple passwords, biometric authentication, etc. is required.

[Service introduction]
1) MY
- You can check major card usage information, such as expected payment amount (usage statement), usage limit, card status, and recent usage history.
- You can check your financial details/assets, including bank/card, at once.

2) card
- When applying for a card, automatic input of key information and intermediate storage functions are provided.
- We utilize big data to recommend customized cards to customers.

3) Benefits
- Prioritize personalized benefits and preferred events.
- Shows at a glance the benefits the customer received that month (discount amount, interest-free installment, points, etc.).

4) Finance
- You can apply for financial services such as short-term/long-term card loans and revolving just by authenticating yourself without logging in.
- For non-members of Woori Card, you can apply for a credit loan with Kakao Pay authentication.

5) Easy login and SSO
- Various login methods are provided, including automatic login, lock number, fingerprint, and pattern.
- We provide login linkage (Single Sign On) between the Woori WON Card app and Woori WON Members/Woori WON Market.

6) Integrated search
- Search results that are highly relevant to the search purpose for each situation are listed first.

7) Chatbot
- Now you can search/consult with Woori Card ‘DAB’ and voice without text input.

[Information Use]
- In order to use the service safely, it cannot be used on smartphones whose structure has been arbitrarily changed.
- Available on Android version 5.0 or higher.
※ If you have Android 5.0 or lower, you can use it after updating the OS.
※ You can check the version in ‘Phone Settings > Device Information’.
※ When using the Woori WON Card app, please avoid using wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) from unknown sources or without security settings, and use mobile communication networks (3G/LTE/5G). Data usage fees may be incurred when downloading/using applications using 3G/LTE/5G networks.

[Card touching service information]
- To stop the function of automatically running apps when touching the physical card and smartphone, you must change ‘NFC function on mobile phone’ and ‘Woori Card > Settings > Card touch app execution settings’ to OFF.

[ARS text service information]
- When connecting to the customer service center (ARS), the content provided by Woori Card is displayed on the smartphone screen. For this purpose, we provide encrypted mobile phone number and App Push ID information to Colgate Co., Ltd., the service provider. ※ Refusal of use: 080-135-1136 (free)

[Access rights information]
- The following access permissions are required to use the Woori WON Card app.

- Prevent fraudulent use by reading mobile phone status and ID, ARS text service. It is used for making customer service calls and registering app card mobile transportation cards.

※ For OSs below Android 9.0, storage space (used for accessing joint certificates and photo media files on the device) permission is required. If you deny access, you will not be able to use the Woori Card app.

- Used to take photos of ID cards and QR codes, apply for non-face-to-face affiliate stores provided by Payhere (photographs of copies of business registration certificates, etc.), and provide Woori WON Pick service.
□ Microphone
- Used for chatbot voice recognition function.
□ Show above other apps
- Used to use ARS text service.
□ Location
- Used for non-face-to-face franchise application (verification of franchise address) provided by Payhere.
□ Terminal ID (Advertising ID)
- Used to provide affiliate services.
□ Photo
- Used to provide Woori WON Pick service.

※ Access permission consent settings can be changed in ‘Settings > Applications > Woori Card > Permissions’.

※ If the OS is lower than Android 6.0, it is not possible to set access rights, and all access rights are set as essential, with no optional access rights. If you deny access, you will not be able to use the Woori WON Card app.

※ For terminals capable of updating the Android OS, you must reinstall the app after updating the OS to set access rights properly.

※ You can use the service even if you do not allow optional access rights, but there may be restrictions on the use of some functions.

※ If you have any inconveniences during use, please contact Woori Card Customer Center (1588-9955).

안녕하세요 고객님. 우리카드입니다. 먼저 서비스 이용에 불편을 드려 죄송합니다. 혹시 고객님께서 말씀하시는 사항이 앱 설치 화면이 지속적으로 뜨는 사항을 말씀하시는 것이라면, 이는 터치싸인 기능이 포함된 카드가 휴대전화 뒷면에 닿기 때문에 카드터칭 기능이 실행되는 것입니다. 고객님께서 혹시 NFC 기능을 사용하지 않으신다면, NFC를 OFF하시어 카드터칭 기능이 실행되지 않도록 하실 수 있습니다. 혹시 NFC를 OFF하기 어려운 상황이시라면 카드를 휴대전화 뒷면에 닿지 않게 하시면 해당 기능이 실행되는 것을 방지하실 수 있습니다. 불편함을 드려 다시 한번 죄송합니다. 감사합니다.
