This used to be set up to make automatic payments on a set schedule..that no longer works Not sure what a collaboration feature is. But I do know it no longer takes keeps a sheduled monthly payment called automatic payments. You now have to make the payment yourself,and to be honest they did have frequent issues, dropped my payments a lot! I would have to call in to get it taken care of,the app sucked at it! No wonder it'dropped that feature! Ha saves me the difficulty it had become. Thanks!

For as long as Xfinity and affilliates have been in business, if your not going to wisely invest in a proper app service for your customers you should just not have apps. This Xfinity Prepaid app is seriously inconveniencing to say the least. In one place in the app the logout link is highlighted. In another place in the app it has a log in screen, not to overlook the fact that I keep checking the stay logged in check box (period).

This app should 100% shame xfinity for their lack of concern for those of us using their service. I, like everyone else, cannot see anything but a blank screen with buttons on the bottom to switch between more blank pages. My router went down, I've tried to reset it by unplugging it because I can't even do it on the app. Nothing still. This runs the SECURITY ON MY HOUSE. Then I notice that there are tons of people with the same problem and this app was last updated in AUG OF 2020. DISGRACEFUL.
