pathetic service. internet not working for almost a week. they close ticket without solving problem. Their call centre agents say they are escalating, arrange for callback, but no one calls. spoke with their supervisors also but no one takes seriously. i am calling daily. i made a mistake by investing in yearly plan. they only show up for renewal or asking for customer satisfaction code for surveys. very disappointed with experience. thinking of going to consumer forum now.

The app is not working since last 2 days when I tried to log in its shows that there is no internet when I un installed it and again downloaded the latest version of app, still it's not working and shows error of ' no internet ' whereas there's no problem with internet

if you want zero ground staff & customer care support. 1) customer care and ground staff will immediately call you if you want to start a new connection. 2) if you raise query on app like close connection & network problem, no technical staff is available in that case. your query will be put on pending list. forever.
