I had to wait for few minutes,but the doctor was really helpful and explained me everything in details and also comforted me which helped me control panic attacks. The fee is reasonable. In the days of quarantine, it has been really very helpful. However, I wishes the medicines could have been delivered to my location. But it says , no delivery can take place in my location. So I think they need to improve the connectivity to all places.

Value for money. The app shows a 15min consultation. But that solely depends on the doctor with whom appointment is taken. The app doesn't give any warning or indication that the consultation can't be made in 15mins. Further the attachment of additional reports button is kind of hidden under the drop-down during an on-going call with the doctor. It would be good to have the button kept outside separately. Regarding the doctor, I felt doc was abit hasty and seems like he's rushing for something.

Worst experience, i paid for premium consultantion, no response no dr show up. And customer care is woest too, so unprofessional , they didnt even responded to my problem . And still no dr has came to assit me. Waste if money and time/ and even mind. Updated : I initially experienced a delay with customer care, but once connected, the support was excellent. They later scheduled an appointment with a doctor, which was a helpful and efficient process.
