About this app

Stream Vision mobile application is developed for hunters, professional sport shooters, forestry and conservation organizations, security professionals, life-rescue teams and outdoor enthusiasts by Yukon Advanced Optics Worldwide. Stream Vision integrates company’s electro-optic units with mobile devices (smartphones, tablets). It provides a higher level of comfort in controlling the units, extends functional capabilities of units, as well as ads new application scenarios.
Stream Vision is an application that provides connection of your mobile devices with observation devices of Yukon or Pulsar via integrated Wi-Fi interface. The application provides full control of observation device and its features. With the help of the application the user can connect his smartphone to a thermal imaging or any other digital device from Yukon or Pulsar and use smartphone as a mobile viewfinder, data share center or a remote control.

APPLICATION FEATURES:

• Mobile viewfinder
Use your smartphone as a remote viewfinder for a night vision or thermal imaging device.

• Remote control
Change your device’s settings remotely. Change image settings, adjust device’s interface and control device’s operation.

• Video and Photo recorder
Make photos and videos with the tap of an icon and store them on your Yukon Pulsar device.

• Sharing platform
Download photos and videos from your observation device to your smartphone or tablet. Stream your videos or share your photos online, show your exciting moments to your friends.

• Firmware update
Stream Vision helps to check availability of the new firmware for registered in the app devices. . It also helps install firmware update for thermal imaging or digital night vision devices when they are connected to smartphone or tablet.
• Motion detection
Smartphone in combination with thermal imaging or digital night vision device can be used as a motion detecting security camera.

• Livestream platform
Video signal from digital night vision or thermal imaging device can be livestreamed to internet services via smartphone.

• Ballistic calculator
Ballistic calculator allows to calculate corrections for aiming depending on cartridge parameters, distance to target, elevation angle, weather conditions – air pressure, humidity, wind speed and direction.

Note:
- To playback video files recorded by supported observation devices, we recommend using VLC video player.
- Certain features of the Stream Vision application are available only when an observation device is connected to a smartphone via Wi-Fi.

Ratings and reviews

Was able to connect but now it will not connect again. It has my thermion 2 xq38 on my list and says it has an update but haven't been able to connect again. Some reviews I have read have stated to delete app and re-download and it helped them. I tried but the times I have been able to reconnect... it only stays connected for about 5 secs. Really excited to get my first thermal. Paying so much and now not getting to use all the features is a let down. Hoping they get it fixed soon.

The app works great for my Helion XQ38F monocular. The only two things I don't like about the app is that theres no sound being recorded even though the XQ38F is supposed to record audio. Second is the app says poor signal but I'm only a few feet away from monocular. But the poor signal only happens for a second or two and it doesn't interrupt the recording feature which is what I'm after. Response: Yes the sound is on in the monocular but no sound in app. So app needs updated or both.

Was only able to connect to my device once , everytime after app always pops up cannot connect to device instantly, even though my phones wifi is connected to my device. All my friends that run pulsar are having the exact issue. Can't update our devices due to this issue. Wish someone would come up with a solution , this is getting really old trying to connect and no one is trying to solve it
