I need help. This app will no longer work on my galaxy Note 10 plus. It just keeps loading and never even gives an error message. I have contacted customer care 4 times including by mail but no one has been able to help me. I have cleared data and cache, reinstalled, restarted, done everything I know how. It is the only app that won't work on my phone

I can't use the app at all. The old one was better. Anytime I launch the application, it keeps rolling with a message " Network not aavailable, Reconnecting'! Don't bother calling Zenth Direct either, they have no clue and cant help. Kindly fix this bug. Other than the connectivity issue, everything is great! Thank you very much.

With the new update of this app, I think it deserves a 5 star rating. Now, you can reprint a receipt if you forgot to do it before, just go to your transfer history and locate the transfer you need a receipt for and you can share or save it to your phone again. It's I love the update. But, they need to add the virtual card feature to it so users can request and view their virtual in the app.
