Applications To Run needs the following permissions:
* Access to the location of the device - the possibility for position reporting defects to the current GPS position
* Access to the repository - the application needs to store equipment acquired photos
* Internet access and network status - sending faults to the municipal server
* Access to accounts and sync settings - to be able to synchronize offline data in the background (important contacts, Residential technicians, scheduled downtime)
* Access to phone state - to report on the failure to connect anonymous phone identification (IMEI either or device ID, IMEI if not available)
