About this app

The mobile application of the City of Prague - Satalice is an electronic service that will bring you closer in contact with the office, will inform you about events in the city district and you will find here the most important solutions to life situations.

The application provides you with the following functions:

1) Registration

The mobile app allows you to pre-fill your contact information. In the case of communication with the office, this data will be pre-filled into the form. It is not necessary to enter the data for the application to work in advance, it is only a function for your greater comfort. Your data is not provided to 3rd parties, nor is it processed until you send a message from the application. Subsequently, the data is only used to resolve the communicated issue.

2) Communication with the office

The mobile application allows you several types of contact with the office:

Contacts: Basic contacts for the office and office employees.

Messages: Using the mobile application, you can send us a message incl. attachments, we will reply back directly to the application. You will be informed about the feedback with a notification message.

Fault reporting: In case of critical events, such as a problem with electrical lines, gas, broken water, please use direct telephone contact with the administrator to avoid time delays. Individual contacts are in the sections:

- Gas pipeline: Report critical problems directly to +420 1239
- Power lines: Report critical problems directly to +420 1236
- Sewerage and water pipes: Report critical problems directly to [phone]
- Greenery: Greenery is damaged, it interferes with communication, it is unsightly, or the tree threatens lives.
- Communication: There are potholes, unauthorized roadblocks, car wrecks, etc. on the road.
- Public lighting: E.g. the lamp is not lit
- Mess at the bus stop: The bus stop is messy or vandalized.
- Dog excrement bins: Is the bin broken or the bags are missing.
- Other: If your problem does not fall into any of the above categories, you can leave us a message here.

4) Crisis situations

Contacts in case of solving crisis situations. Emergency calls, police, paramedics, firemen.

6) How to arrange

8) Lost and found

If you find a lost item, you can bring it to the office of the City of Prague-Satalice, K Radonicům 81, 190 15 Prague 9. We will then post the found objects here and help find the rightful owner.

9) Sharing

We will be happy if you help us promote the mobile application among your neighbors and together we will create a great place to live.
