The worst delivery ever, there are always delays there are always mistakes and couriers are completely useless they deliver spilled drinks and food and they see that this is the case and still trying to pass the spilled stuff to you, you are the worst food delivery company we have ever used. Well done it takes lots of effort to be that bad.

- Ads in the app and service fees. Either have one or the other. - Cannot change anything in order after placing it. Not even the notes. - Workers pick up multiple orders and food arrives cold. + Works. + Coupons.

They did not deliver food for 880 czk, refuse to refund money but gave me coupon. However, they did not inform me that coupon can be used only once. According to support I should have been going myself and see the rules before accepting the coupon. Yeah, sure, on the phone, also I wasn't given any choice. I would prefer money if course. I used half of the coupon, and I thought I will use the other half later. But of course, no. So they simply got 495czk from me for nothing.
