The app says there's a free version but it's completely useless, it isn't in realtime or even close to realtime. Any ship information is "locked" unless you get a paid subscription. The map will show the ship but it's hours behind, for example a cruise ship left Port Canaveral this afternoon and almost five hours later it still shows as being in port. I can't see paying for a subscription if you can't provide current information.

When I open the app my screen is completely black. When I enter a port it will not accept. It. Keeps defaulting to the Panama canal area it appears. Very difficult to find the track and the ship as when you enter the ship's name it just shows a picture of the ship but no tracking.

I would give NO Stars if I could. This app falls into the category of what I call 'public data reseller'. And I think it should be illegal to take CRITICAL transportation public data (that includes AIR, SEA, GROUND) and reselling it to the public for free with at least all of the public data being offered in a basic viewable and searchable database FREE. So many apps like this are ripping people off.
