"We’ve added urgency messaging ... allowing you to keep up to date with which products are the most popular and selling quickly." It would be more helpful if you added the areas where you don't deliver Large Items to. If that was on the product pages, it would save some people wasting hours trying to place an order then getting an error rather than the reason it wasn't accepted.

Great app. Easy to use. Just one thing from 5 star, is it defaults showing all stock, rather than just what's available. Tried pre ordering online special buys early this morning, but couldn't, just kept getting a blank screen when I clicked on the 'available to pre order' link, which was disappointing. Looked later and missed out on the one item I wanted, egg chair.

Really like the app. Simple and straightforward to use and to check out. The only thing that is a bit annoying is that when you add things to your basket, they only remain there for 30 minutes and then they get wiped! If you're going through all the special buys or you need to leave the app and come back to it, sometimes 30 minutes isn't long enough. You find that your basket has been emptied and you have you start again!!
