Ratings and reviews

The app is barely usable. It also doesn't contain functionality that was in the web portal that is closed ( Like account statements etc.) Now I requested some documents, the app says they can be found in the postfach, but it's empty. Full of bugs, how could you release that?

I submitted a query related to subleasing approval from Deutsche Wohnen. They processed the query in the app after 2 weeks and said that I can find the response in my Email Postfach. However, when I check my inbox on the app, there is nothing there. Additionally, when i searched through my Email account on the browser, I could not find a response on DW there as well. Where is this Email Postfach for the DeuWo digital app ?

Logging issues appears to be pointless, kundenservice do not reply or take any action. Really disappointing. Also is there a change language option on the cards for the next update? The level of German needed to navigate the app is too high :(
