Pinochle is a game that belongs to the group of trick taking card games. The difference to most of those games is the additional way of scoring points by having special card combinations. This game is a mix of mental math, strategy and reminding of already shown cards.

The Feature Is Not Available for Your Account. That's the only message I get when I try to start an online match or look for a list of available games online. It doesn't explain why my account doesn't work for online play or how to fix it, it just prevents me from doing the exact thing I downloaded the app for.

I have played Pinochle most of my long life. I have never seen scoring like this version nor have I seen play like this. The one who takes the bid leads the first card, not an opponent. I have never seen scoring a non-trump run. It only plays cut-throat (3 handed), not 4 handed/ partners. There seems to be no quitting point with this game - I played to over 600 points and still there was no winner. Odd rules. Odd game. If you already play Pinochle, you probably won't like this version. If you don't already play, this is not where you want to learn.

This game is so great. Keep getting back to it and try breaking those records.
