This barcode scanner RawCodeScan displays not only the plain text in the barcode but also the unreadable control characters.
Including our TAG manager with detailed informations to the huge amount of control characters within the barcode types.
This helps on to get a better overview how data is encoded in the different barcode types. All common 1D barcodes are scanable:
Code 39, Code 93, Codabar, EAN 13, EAN 8, EAN 128, GS1 128, UPC A, UPC E, ITF, Interleave 2aus5, Codabar and also Code 128.
Within 2D Barcodes we will support reading EAN Datamatrix, GS1 Datamatrix, PDF-417, the QR Code and also the standard Datamatrix.
Especially the Code-128 and Datamatrix could be checked against GS1 compliance based on the required control characters.
If this is manually too much work for you, you can also use our APP BarcodeCheck, which checks specifically for GS1 conformity. Currently available for iOS, but soon for Android.
