About this app

Cl@ve is a system to electronically identify yourself in relations with Public Administrations.

If you are not registered in Cl@ve, you can register from this APP.
If you are registered in Cl@ve, you can activate this device with your DNI/NIE by means of an SMS or with your electronic certificate.

Once activated, from this APP you can confirm the authentication requests with Cl@ve Móvil and access the Cl@ve PIN that you request when accessing a procedure. It also allows access to the procedures of the Cl@ve system.

Really poor implementation. It continuously says the expiration date of my certificate is not present, although it shows it when I select the certificate.

I experienced all the problems reported, HOWEVER I rang the support number and a really helpful guy went through everything with me. When you update the app it updates your support code too (doesn't tell you though!!) I'd been using the same code from green A4, green credit card size to TIE but now ,if you have the TIE you have to put the number at the top right of the front of the card. He waited for me to go through the whole process to make sure it worked and it did. Hope this helps

If you click on privacy policy or terms & conditions you have error 404. No explanation about where to get the document number for the second line when you first activatebthe app. You also get error 404.
