The MTX website, app, instructions, and communications and half-answers from support staff are the worst examples of any tech-company customer service that I've experienced.

My Motorola edge 20 pro is not able to run eSim, so the only way is to go with a physical one .... On long term I can advise you go for eSim compatible devices 😉

The simplicity of an esim but the mobile signal of the early 2000s with edge and 2g whilst in Morocco. 4g and HSPA+ come and go. Check which networks are in use before purchasing. A local sim would have been better and cheaper.
