Log in issues... unable to recover my old account information and credits. I loved this app, but recently lost all my ⚡ credits and had to sign up again. Emailed the support but was still unable to reinstate my 83⚡ points. Otherwise I love this app for saving money and the discounts 💰.

recently chai card released a credit card version but this is a REAL joke that it said foreigner is possible to apply the chai credit card but have to go to Hana bank for application. I waited for a long hour in the bank and even written down all my information on the application form. But finally the staff told that foreigner cannot apply the chai credit card! totally watsed my time!! 외국인은 오프라인에서 카드신청이 가능한다고요? 애초에 이렇게 쓰지 마세요!!!

If the app is provided with language support, then it would be much better to use. Other than that the app works fine and it is legit.
