Booking a G7, for an immediate departure or a booking in advance, that suits your needs, has never been easier:
- Launch the app, you are geolocated, indicate the number of passengers tbenefit from the most adapted service, tap on "now" tbook a G7 where you are, or "later" for a request up t30 days in advance
- You can alsmanually enter your departure address using the input help or use your favorite address book. If you enter the destination address, you can estimate the duration and price of your trip.
- Select if you wish the desired service from a wide range of offers :

- G7 Green : 1st eco-responsible fleet in Europe with 4,500 hybrid or electric vehicles

- For your trips tor from train stations or airports, book your G7 immediately or in advance. If you book your return in advance, your driver will welcome you with a sign in your name for a premium experience. All Paris airports and train stations are covered:

Ratings and reviews

The amount actually charged is completely different from the initial estimate as well as the meter in the cab. Clearly the cab driver kept running the meters charging me for 42 euros even though the meter was at 23 euros when I got off the cab. The app did nothing to resolve this even after filing a complaint. If cab drivers can take advantage of the system like this while the app does nothing to safeguard, I would strongly advise anyone against using this app.

Terrible connectivity and constant errors. Much harder than it should be to use the app when you cannot connect.

This service is a great example of why Uber has taken the place of so many taxi services. They charged far more than they said. But what really disappointed me was being charged an extra 30 Euro after the tyre blew out on our first taxi, by the replacement. I get that things go wrong now and then, but you do not make your customer pay for it. And, yes, we may be tourist, but that doesn't necessarily make us stupid. We see right through the arrogance and contempt. If only you were half as clever.
