Introducing myCOMPASS PA, for Pennsylvanians who have applied for or get health and human service programs or benefits. It offers many of the same features found on COMPASS, but right from your phone. You can now access your benefits from anywhere, whenever you want.

The best part? You can take care of business while you’re on-the-go. Tasks that used to involve a trip to the county assistance office can be accomplished with only a few minutes on the app. Whether you want to know the status of your application or send us a photo of required documents, you’re always just a few taps away.

I wanted to upload some the of the forms that I needed to turn in qnd it would not let me. It kept saying loading document... I did get rid of the app and I'm going to re install in hopes it works better this time. So far, not helpful at all. Edited: reinstalled and is still not working. Deleting this app. Until it's fixed and actually works.

Attractive interface, but absolutely zero functionality. Every time I click on a tab - say, to upload documents - I get either an error message or an endless spinning circle. Notifications appear backdated to weeks before they appear and can't be deleted or marked read. I am unable to look up or connect to my case number. And every time you switch to a different window, the app automatically logs you out. I don't know how much the state paid for this, but any amount was too much.

Absolutely horrible, app to use. You can not edit anything on it without everything being deleted. Then it shows upultiple times on the screen makingnn it look like your income is 3x that of what it should be from all the duplicates and top it off somehow when editing all my info disappeared so now it looks like only 2 people are applying instead of a household of 3!! Unbelievable... The snap benefits is wrong , it's NOT correct nothing on the app is correct!!!!
