Ratings and reviews

Some servers won't connect unfortunately, but those that do connect work just fine! The problem with auto-openning google play after opening the app still exist and I have sent an email to the support in regard of the issue last week and there has been no reply up to the moment of writing this review! So until they at least give a respond to the emails , I'm afraid I have to lower my rating for now. Generic replies to the reviews won't help if you don't actually check your mails!

really great app been my number oen for a year. but I'm having trouble with the last update. every time I open the app it jumps out and opens google play store! and that's bad considering the fact that google play store is filtered in my region. so basically I can't open my hss and connect! sometimes(two out of ten) it gets slow and I have a few seconds to select a server and push connect and then it jumps out again but connecta in the background. tnx.

Although the app is configured to auto connect it does not. In addition, it might be good to have a Virginia VPN location. Also, J have been experiencing problems using the VPN on my TV. Sinc e the upgrade above 10.6.2, I have not been able to activate HSS on my TV. The different steps taken by the support has resulted in that same outcome. Finally, increasing the speed would be great. Although I have 150MB path the speed drops below half when using the VPN.
