Would like to say this app is helpful from the technician side but it's not. Glitches out almost on a daily basis. Allowed me to upload photos from my photo gallery for about 2 weeks and now the only way I can upload photos is through the app. Which is fine, if it works. Usually I have to try to take the photo three or four times before it allows me to actually hit the check mark and will post the photo. Same thing happens when you attempt to hit the on my way button. Hardly ever works.

The app is only useful for clocking in and out. I can't do much outside of that. I can track my time on each job, message clients and create jobs etc but it's limited. What I do on the laptop is much better. I don't like the time clock not notifying me if I'm still clocked in. Job descriptions vary from laptop to phone so I'll have to edit and add regularly service descriptions instead of them being saved. Paystubs are not available. There is so much more. Can someone reach out to me, please?

Tried several different software options before I found HousecallPro, and that was about 4 years ago, they are constantly improving things with the end use in mind and it was the perfect switch for us. It has been the perfect software for our business to track everything you can think of! And if there's something you need, they are always available to look into adding that option in and tweaking it to suit your needs.
