Ratings and reviews

Food always arrives cold and soggy, and they use all the same anti-consumer tactics something like Uber Eats and Door Dash uses. The sole purpose of the app is to get as much money from your pocket as possible... I wouldn't be surprised if they launch a subscription service soon, that includes all the features that were default in the beginning... Disgraceful company, DO NOT download this app!

The Hungry app was much better in terms of the technical aspect (not easy to navigate the foodora app) and also the fact that you had the option of deleting the carrier bag from the order. It's greedy to make a bag purchase mandatory! Also you can't call the customer service anymore, so you have to spend more time on explaining things in text. Please bring back the option of calling. It's much more convenient and practical.

App works excellent, but one thing. The auto location option is not accurate and should never be used. It saves the wrong addresses and automatically sets them to default auto-fill. Remember to delete the excess addresses so you don't get a pissed delivery guy who ask why I did that...
