Bad experience! The data filling and choose location process should be separated. Changing location just to check available quota is a pain! In addition, the app is very slow. Even after I successfully paid, it still written as "waiting for payment" until 20 minutes. Better to prioritize the apps and infrastructure upgrade.

Got recommendation to use this app since my passport almost expired. But it's very frustrating. I got stuck at the 6th stage, where I have to choose the location of immigration office. The closest location is East Indonesia area! While I stayed in Bogor and work in Jakarta. And even the map can't works at all. I don't know whether the app is under maintenance or not, but there's no announcement at all. Just fix it asap!

The "new flow" is honestly anything but positive. Now I had to choose the location upfront, then had to redo the entire process because the location I chose has no quota left. Very bad UX. This and other issues: frequent errors and timeout, slow performance, unintuitive flow among others make using this app a horrible and frustraring experience. My suggestion to the entire devteam is to use this God-given thing called Brain. If you haven't, I urge you try for just 3 minutes and thank me later.
