I've used InstaCash twice. The pickup service in 2022 was good, but my recent experience was disappointing. The pickup guy rushed and didn't inspect my phone properly. He took blurry photos and claimed "heavy scratches" without removing the plastic cover, which had protected the phone perfectly. At Samsung (trade in my 2nd phone), they inspected it much better. I was really frustrated when the InstaCash rep said "boleh cancel kalau taknak". Like what? Is this the level of service you aim for?

The app is just a waste of time. They don't even have a proper service for pickup in the city. They accepted my order initially after entering the address. Later, after doing all the diagnosis, their team rejected the pickup, simply stating that they don't have services in my area. It should have been notified on the app while taking the order (when the adress is fetched). Request anyone using this app not to rely on this scam, you will simply end up wasting your time.

Useless app. Unprofessional and rude pickup agent. Flipkart and Cashify are much better than this. Intially, they show high rates to attract customers, but in actuality you will be given much lesser price. Instacash app is not working most of the times. So, agent performed tests manually. There was no scratch on mobile screen but he mentioned that whole screen was broken. Poor customer support, not able to connect with Customer agent/officer. No proper steps followed, app is having lots of bugs.
