Ratings and reviews

As my first time used, I'm quite impressed with this new ride-hailing. It is a game-changer in ride-hailing! The app is user-friendly, drivers are professional, and pricing is transparent. But it's hard to find the nearby driver especially in evening to the night. So I absolutely hope that numbers of TADA drivers will be getting more in the future.

Multiple times routed driver to wrong pickup and drop off locations. For one such occurrence, tried using call function to ask driver to head to correct location but call function and text function both do not work. Had to run to wrong pickup location to avoid late fees. Worst experience with any ride hailing app ever.

Overall app design experience is good. Easy to navigate and book rides. The only issue is the email verification can't received in my inbox to verify my email for Android user.
