From your smartphone, you can open a general account (Ordinary deposits and time deposits at the Harmony branch) and inquire about balances and transaction details!
[Features of the app]
▼ Account opening
You can use the procedure for opening an account by taking a picture of your driver's license or my number card from the Daitou smartphone app and entering/sending your customer information. We will mail the passbook for the person only within 3 to 5 business days, and the cash card etc. within 1 week.
The Harmony Branch will not issue a passbook, so we will deliver your cash card, etc. by mail for the recipient only.
Please note that the above number of days is a guide and may vary depending on the situation.
▼Balance and transaction details inquiry
Balances of ordinary deposits, savings deposits, card loan accounts registered in Daito smartphone app (up to 5 accounts), and transaction details for the past 2 years (up to 200 items *However, up to 62 days when registered) You can check.
▼ Deposit/withdrawal notification function
We will inform you the deposit and withdrawal of the deposit account registered in the Daito smartphone application the next day.
▼Address change acceptance function
You can use the procedure for changing the address of a deposit account registered in the Daito smartphone app.
However, please note that you may not be able to complete the procedure depending on the information entered by the customer and the transaction status.
