■About balance and deposit/withdrawal details inquiry
This service allows you to check your Kagawa Bank account balance and transaction details for up to 10 years.
You can inquire about accounts that issue cash cards (loan cards) and fixed deposit accounts.
*When using for the first time, you can view the past two months' statements. If you have continued to use the service since your first use, you can keep your details and view them for up to 10 years.
*You will be able to inquire about your fixed deposit account after registering your regular deposit or savings deposit.

■About opening an account
・You can apply to open a savings account.
・Use this app to take a photo of your identification document (driver's license or My Number card) with your smartphone and apply along with your personal information.

■About address change
You can take a photo of your identity verification document (driver's license or My Number card) with your smartphone and complete the address change procedure.

■Passbook-less (no passbook) application
It is possible to apply for changing the "ordinary deposit" account registered in the balance inquiry function to a non-passbook account.

■Opening an investment trust account
・You can apply to open an investment trust account (including opening a NISA account).
・To apply, you will need to take a photo of your identity verification document (driver's license or My Number Card front) and personal number verification document (My Number Card back).

■Internet banking application
You can apply for a new personal internet banking contract, various changes (password change, account registration, password reset), and cancellation of a new contract.

■School fees account transfer application
You can apply for bank transfer procedures for tuition fees, etc. at designated schools.

■Card loan application
We will inform eligible customers about card loans on the app. Customers who wish to do so can apply through the app.

■About PUSH notification function
・[Deposit/withdrawal PUSH notification] You can receive a deposit/withdrawal PUSH notification on the morning after the deposit/withdrawal is made to the account registered in the balance inquiry function.
・[Campaign PUSH notification] You can receive notifications such as temporary maintenance and campaign information.
