About this app

If you have a smartphone that can read an IC card license and this app, you can electronically apply for a "Certificate of Driving History" to the Automobile Safe Driving Center.

◆Smartphones that can be used

◆Required items for application using this app
・PIN number 1 (Note 2) registered when the driver's license was issued
・Residing at the address listed on your driver's license. (Note 3)
・Email address that can be received on a smartphone (Note 4)

◆How to apply
Follow the on-screen instructions on the app and enter the required information to register your application.
After completing the registration, we will provide you with instructions on how to transfer the application fee, and the application will be completed once the transfer procedure is completed.

◆About certificates related to driving history
There are the following four types, and you can apply electronically using this app.
・Certificate of no accidents and no violations
・Driving record certificate
・Certificate of cumulative points, etc.
・Driver's license history certificate

◆SD card
The SD card symbolizes the pride and awareness of being a safe driver, and allows you to receive preferential discounts at SD preferential stores such as restaurants, roadside stations, and expressway service areas. Masu.
If you have applied for an accident-free/violation-free certificate or a driving record certificate and have no record of accidents or violations for more than one year prior to the certification date, we will give you an SD card along with the certificate.

(Note 1)
There must be a logo mark indicating the NFC reading position on the back of the smartphone. There are also models that can be used without the mark, so please check the manufacturer's official website.

(Note 2)
PIN number 1 and PIN number 2 are four-digit numbers that you registered yourself when issuing, renewing, or reissuing your driver's license. Using PIN number 1, read the name, date of birth, address, driver's license number, and public safety commission name from the IC card driver's license. These contents will be automatically posted as necessary items for the application.

Please note that if you incorrectly enter PIN number 1 three times in a row when reading an IC card from your driver's license, the IC chip will become locked. Inquiries about the PIN number and unlocking procedures can only be carried out by the person in question at the driver's license center of the prefectural police or the license counter at the police station. For details, please contact the police station, etc.

In order to confirm that the application is from the person in question, the certificate will only be sent to the address listed on the driver's license.
Please note that if your current address differs from the one listed on your driver's license, you will not be able to apply using this app.
