금융앱중에서 실행도 안되고 그냥 오류나면서 꺼지는 어플은 이게 처음이에요

하아..주거래 은행이 신협인데 온뱅크 앱 때문에 주거래 은행을 바꾸려합니다..... 1.앱 실행 오류로 폰 재부팅. 2. 온뱅크 앱 언인스톨 후 재설치. 3.재인증 받기 마저 신분증 재촬영과 4.비밀입력 창 안뜨는 오류의 연속. 5.설마 하고 크롬 삭제. 온뱅크 이용 할 때 마다 크롬 삭제 해야하는 거 실화인가요?

안녕하세요. 신협 on뱅크 이용에 불편을 드려 대단히 죄송합니다. 일부 메뉴이용시 멈춤/ 키패드입력오류는 조치 후 개선된 내용으로 확인이 됩니다. 안드로이드 시스템 웹뷰 및 크롬 문제를 해결한 업데이트버전을 반영하여, 정상화 되었습니다. on뱅크 이용이 안되시는 분들은 업데이트버전(1.2.9)으로 설치하여 진행 부탁드리겠습니다. 이용에 불편드린 점 다시 한번 깊이 사과말씀드리며, 앞으로 더 나은 서비스로 보답하는 신협이 되겠습니다. 감사합니다.
