왜 앱에서는 이메일 파일 첨부가 안 되어 브라우저를 통하게끔 만드셨을까요?

1. UI직관성 문제 직원이 개인메일을 사용할수도 있고, 공용메일(TeamMail)을 사용할 수 있는데 정작 이 어플로는 공용메일이 뭔지 알수가 없다. Ringbell 아이콘을 클릭하면 원하던 내용이 나오긴 하지만 검색기능도 없음. UI개발한 사람이 직장인이 아니라 프리랜서같음 2. 어설프게 분리된 어플 2종류 PC용 클라이언트는 메신저 기능이 Base이고, 기본 웹브라우저 호출Api를 통해서 메일을 자유롭게 쓸 수 있는데 UX측면에서 보면 설치해서 사용하는 프로그램이 하나만 있으면 된다는 느낌임. 가비아 이놈들이 Android에 탑재된 기본 웹브라우저를 똑같이 가져다 쓰면 될 것을 그렇게 안하고 메일전용으로 분리해서 릴리즈 시켰음. 메신저+메일 어플을 하나로 통합하면 되는데 왜 이런 허접한 구성을 굳이? 3. 결론 돈아깝다

1. 현재 하이웍스 앱에서 공용메일을 제공하지 않으며, 알림을 통해 공용메일 내용을 확인할 수 있도록 편의를 제공하고 있습니다. 공용메일 앱 기능은 현재 개발을 진행하고 있습니다.
2. 하이웍스에서는 메신저앱과 메일, 게시판, 일정, 주소록, 인사, 전자결재 등을 사용할 수 있는 오피스앱을 제공하고 있습니다. 웹브라우저에서 각 솔루션을 사용할 수도 있으나, 더욱 빠르고 최적의 성능으로 솔루션을 사용하실 수 있도록 구성하였습니다. 사용 중 불편한 사항은 고객센터(1661-4370)으로 문의주시면 더욱 빠르게 처리해드리겠습니다.
