I have to log in every time I open the app, so I can't reschedule my appointments or cancel them. There's no way to view my currently scheduled appointments without clicking on a link outside of the app, which only brings me to the login screen.

I have attempted scheduling appointments with a counselor multiple times. Each time, I get a text asking if I want to cancel my appointment, then it automatically cancels my scheduled appointment without my approval. I'm so frustrated. I have called customer service multiple times and they mentioned that the tech team is aware. When can we expect a fix???

Hi Jonathan. We're sorry to hear about your poor experience. What happened was certainly not by design and was a bug within the app. The tech team was able to load a fix to the Google Play store so your account should no longer have any issues. For the most part the app work fine, the only problem is that the buttons to schedule an appointment and the talknow feature do not work. You will have to go the website do them, but you will be able see the appointment through the app.
