The latest update is very bad, it became really difficult to point a location on the map, and the prices keep fluctuating, making at the most expensive app in Jordan at these moments, so you have to wait a lot and keep monitoring the app, or take the easy way and use one of the other cheaper apps, and it doesn't always show the fares are higher than normal message , and there is no number to contact them, you have to send an email which sometimes they do not respond to or respond very late.

The app is trash!!!! There are continuous problems with the GPS and the drivers go to the wrong pick up point, and then you get charged after the driver cancels!! There also always sending messages claiming you have a very small amount that you didn't pay, but never saw a charge! It usually happens right before a new trip!!! The help line also doesn't work nor does the section set up for problems with the ride!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Updated review from 2 stars to 1. You have updated the app and added the long awaited help center but, I tried to follow up on a case that I've filed since 4-12-2023 and keep getting the message "you have reached the maximum number of messages for this ride" please add a number to call or call me back or answer my complaint that have been setting in your inbox for 2 months now. New update. Your app is getting worse and worse and apparently you are doing nothing about it.
