I had to edit my review unfortunately. Well I've been using app for great while and was great up until a year ago I have been double charged. Although the amount that was doubled charged go back into my account after it clears it's still wrong.I dealt with it only because the double charge goes right back into my account once it clears but this is getting out of hand and really sneaky and I'm tired of it because you shouldn't be doing this. I can't do this anymore

The new view is extremely unhelpful. I can either see the map of where the driver is or see the driver details. The old view showed me a zoomed in view of where the driver was and the driver details in one screen. Not sure why they would change it and require the user to constantly have to swipe back and forth. Why make the app less usable?

Now with advertising it's even worse. Crashes all the time, can't see the driver name and the car as it's hidden by advertising. Just poor all around. Not intuitive to add saved places and name them. Cannot export rides as there is no website for Lyft. Have to select rides for export 7 months of rides one by one. To be emailed me. Unreal!
