Reading this just after reading the Constitution of United States .... makes me sad... :( Like nearly depress. This thinge just gave the Tatmadaw absolute power!! No wonder why every single Burmese (with basic knowledge of law) want to change the thing. Trust me, mare fixing/editing won't help. Instead, we need to rewrite the whole thing from scratch to make the sense of it among modern nations of our planet. Should start with good/balanced electricity coverage tho
