App has had massive improvements since i first downloaded it. Works a lot smoother, has less glitches and the UI is much more user friendly. While some features are still not implemented yet, i feel like the team will get them up and running soon. Wish the app still rewarded when stuck in traffic by at least detecting events.

Was ok at first. It kept overheating my phone and the app would crash causing me to lose mileage I had just accrued. When it did work it worked well. Now is telling me I can't use it until I update the app. I tried updating it and it won't let me. The play store also shows no upgrade option. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still no change. Excellent speedy response and update from Natix. I was able to update the app and it is now working.

Apologies! Regarding the update, Google Play needed to refresh it's cache to show the new update to you, it should be solved now. If it still doesn't work, clear the cache & data of the Google Play app:

Coming from the transportation industry, there is no better app that I call on daily for a reliable network , superior detection events, and even recording with the dashcam feature. The amount of miles I drive, I want to make sure I and others around me are safe, that's why I choose Natix.. Dont take my word for it, try it out, and Get you some!
