About this app

With My Bible you can read the Bible for free anytime and anywhere, with or without an internet connection. So the Bible is always close by.

After downloading the app, you can read and listen to the NIV21, New Bible Translation (NBV), the Bible in Common Language (BGT) and the Revised King James Version (RSV). With a free account you can read and download the following eight translations:

- NBV21 (from October 14, 2021)
- New Bible Translation (2004)
- Bible in Common Language
- Revised States Translation
- Great News Bible
- NBG translation 1951
- State translation
- Bibel (Frisian translation)

In the bible app you can also search the bible, follow reading plans, read the bible text of the day and our bible blogs, and keep up to date with the latest news. My Bible will continue to expand.

My Bible is the app of the Dutch-Flemish Bible Society. The NBG brings the Bible close, also with this app. We want everyone in the Netherlands, but also worldwide, to be able to discover, experience and pass on the Bible. Ratings and reviews

I like the initiative, but it's very slow to start, doesn't support split screen, slow when changing translations, and hangs when there is a slow internet connection, even when you have already downloaded the translation. I know it's hard to build a good app and that their budget is limited. So please support it by donating to NBG!

Too bad that it doesn't work offline, and the back button doesn't react. Gives daily notifications on a certain time, which is good. If you are early up and read it, it will still send the same notification to read it again. Please work on these features. Godbless!!!

Every time i try to use another translation it ask me for to log in. But upon logging in it tells me that i have used invalid data to log in. This repeats it self time and agsin.

What's new

Wij vinden het belangrijk dat de Bijbel gelezen wordt, of dat nu in de kerk is, thuis of onderweg. Daarom proberen we Mijn Bijbel steeds beter te maken. In deze versie is het volgende nieuw:
- Foutoplossingen en andere kleine verbeteringen;
- Oplossing voor problemen bij het openen van de dagelijkse tekst;
- Direct links naar content in de app zijn gerepareerd.
