Perfect app for Ramadan. No need to change alarm every day because of changing in sehr timings. Just set for example 60 minutes before Fajr and the app will wake you up exactly 1 hour before Fajr so you can prepare food.
This app helps our Muslim brothers and sisters to manage their daily Islamic activities managed in organised an more intuitive manner. The app currently provides the following features
1. Quran
NEW: You can share multiple verses with multiple translations as image or as text.
You can read Quran al Hakim in a very easy and simple manner. The Quran reading functionality provides Quran in different typefaces, font sizes, colors and translations. You can search Quran very easily and can even continue readying from your searched entry. You can switch to different chapters (Surah's) via sortable list or by Juz (parah's). You can share Aya't directly from your readying screen. You can bookmark Aya't for later references.
2. Today
The app shows you civil and Islamic date with moon phases. So you can see the current moon phase by just opening the app. Since Islamic date works differently then civil date, the app provide you a way to configure the offset manually. If you don't know the offset, don't worry. On every 29th and 30th of Islamic month, you can synchronize for the offset through internet. Along with that, application also shows you if there is any historic event in the Islamic history on current day. Finally, the application provides a very nice feature of showing you Islamic calendar for the complete year(s) with historic events and prayer timings.
3. Qibla
The app finds Qibla direction for just very easy. It also tells you the sunrise, sunset, weather condition and your distance from Qibla.
NOTE! The application is dependent on your location i.e. latitude and longitude to does it's calculation for Qibla and prayers timings. So please make sure that you have Internet and GPS available the very first time you run the application. Later it doesn't do any internet communication.
4. Prayers.
NOTE! THE APP DOESN'T CONFIGURE PRAYER CALCULATION METHODS AUTOMATICALLY (BASED ON YOUR LOCATION) AT THE MOMENT. PLEASE CONFIGURE IN PRAYER SETTINGS MANUALLY.
If configured correctly with location and calculation criteria, the app shows you the prayer timing for the current day. You can configure the calculation criteria by going to the settings. You can set alarm or notifications for certain or all prayers in a very interesting way. Sometimes, you can't pray exactly at time because you're in a meeting but it doesn't mean that you should miss or forget your prayers (Nauzubi'ALLAH). You can configure the app to inform you (with alarm or notification) in some minutes in future or if you want to wake up 20 or 30 minutes early before Fajr prayer everyday, all you have to do is configure the alarm accordingly.
