This app is great! Seat selection is intuitive, payment is easy. Food prices are ridiculous and booking fee doesn't make sense (because you're doing all the booking yourself rather than speaking to a real person) but that's just movies these days. The app is great and everything works as it should. Also I love Hoyts theatres and the recliner seats.

Easy to use but at checkout it said purchase failed. 3x I tried and each time it said unsuccessful. So at cinema gave details at counter, no booking there, bought new tickets. Checked bank account later and credit card had been charged from the failed app purchase and 2 additional unexplained charges of $1.06 each even though no purchases show in app history. Trying to request a refund, waiting for a follow up. Not happy with my first experience.

It's time to get a new developer. I open the app and there is nothing there. I can see my points, but the movie selection has only 1 or 2 movies available each day, on the desk top site there are more. This seems to be an on going issue. I always try the app first but ultimately end up booking online via the desk top site.
