Ratings and reviews

It's taken a bit of a learning curve. There is a big difference between AirVPN and say for example SurfShark. Air connects instantly. Air is way more stable. Air has knowledge customer service. I believe the Air tech is more advanced. It does have a kill switch. It's just called something else. (It could be made more understandable.) If you have another VPN on Android like AdBlock you won't be able to use it. Please have a persistent icon so we can see connection status.on desktop and handheld.

The app looks great and functions well. The only thing I do not like is that unlike its PC counterpart, the server list does not show the various server's ping times. I looked in the settings but couldn't find any option to turn this behavior on. The ping time of a particular server is very important to me when picking which server to connect to so I consider this crucial. Hopefully this will be fixed in short order.

Switched to from "OpenVPN for Android" app and really enjoying it ... lite, stable, no errors ... UI needs to be improved ... more modern design and options such as search button in blacklist/whitelist, pause & disconnect button in notification ballon, more categorized settings, ... Also, features like support ticket or dnsbl can be added. Update: found annoyings bugs after days of use.
