The app is normally great, very user friendly & easy to navigate, perfect for day-to-day money management. I don't know if there was a new update or something recently, but it's been crashing a lot the past week. I can't even get the app to open. Web browsers still work for the website, but the app isn't functioning.

Since the recent update, it locks my out daily. I've had to call and have it reset when I don't even attempt 3 failed log in. I go in and answer all three security questions that haven't changed on decades and I still get locked out daily. I bills aren't getting paid on time and I can't maintain my sanity.

At first the app seemed to work pretty good. Now for the past year something's wrong with it. I have to Resetting my Password. Now it doesn't even write recognize My Login Name. And Now My Secret Passwords It keeps telling me something's wrong. I'm Locked Out Again. This makes at least the 10th or 15th time that it's Locked Me Out. Sometimes it doesn't even let me do that. As far as I'm concerned the hell with this app. I'm through with it I'm uninstalling it.
