Seems like the app has been improving. I was able to order for pickup several times now with no issues at all. It also automatically updated my points. You still cannot add a dine-in receipt in the app to your points. But I was able to add my dine-in receipt when I logged into my rewards account on a mobile browser. My points showed up the app the next day.

I ordered from the app to get the rewards points since the store can't add them. However, you can't choose dine in as an option, and the store couldn't care less about app orders. Ordered at 10:48, promised ready at 10:59, checked several times at counter after waiting in line, hadn't started the order, several walk-ins ordered after me were served before me, can't cancel on the app and get refunds, and finally got my food 20 minutes late. Also, "free" rewards charge sales tax.

I can order fine with it, but I never accrue any rewards points. I still have the same rewards balance I had a month ago although I've ordered over $50 worth of meals since then. Apparently points are a gimmick. I'm kept at 42 points so I can never get a reward. It's bad enough they stopped using coupons, but the rewards are nonexistent, too. I was going to order here today, but changed my mind after seeing the deceptive "rewards" program.
