About this app
ENVision mobile is a FREE off-line mobile app available for Android. Designed for the everyday entrepreneur, you can track your daily business income and expenses and start visualizing your profit. Switch from paper and pen bookkeeping and start tracking your sales on your phone! Available in English, Spanish, French, Mandarin, Russian, Arabic, Bengali, and Hindi.
WHY USE ENVISION MOBILE:
• NO FEES: ENVision mobile uses your phone's Internet connection (4G/3G/2G/EDGE or Wi-Fi, as available) to download the app. Once you are signed in, you can use the core features of the application OFFLINE, saving you on data. There are no subscription fees to use the ENVision mobile app.
• INVENTORY MANAGEMENT. Take or upload photos of your inventory. Enter the value of the order and the quantity and never worry about missing items again!
• SALES. Drop a sale into your daily ledger. Track cash and installment sales with ease. Seamlessly view who still owes you money! Choose to send SMS receipts to customers (daily SMS fees apply).
• LEDGER: Record your business expenses. Share a PDF file of your ledger showcasing income, expenses, credit, and debits with anyone.
• REPORTS. Share Profit, Total Earned, Total Spent, Credit, Debit, and Cash Flow reports via email, WhatsApp, Messenger, and etc with anyone. Start understanding how your business is performing. See your top 5 selling products as well.
• PAYMENTS*. Low on inventory? Quickly pull up your vendor and place a mobile money order without leaving the app. (Note: Carrier charges apply. Contact your provider for details).
• MULTIMEDIA: Send PDF reports of your ledger and reports with anyone.

• NO USERNAMES AND PINS: Why bother having to remember yet another username or PIN? ENVision mobile works with your phone number or Google account.
