Horrible app!! I tried depositing my check on the mobile app, and that function does not work!! It tells me to choose an account, I coose "checking", I take a picture of my check, but when I hit "submit" it tells me I haven't chosen an account, even though I have. Alive credit union needs to do better, if you create an app at least make sure all functions work, or don't make one at all.

I have been with this credit union since it was Healthcare credit union and I have never had so many issues with the mobile app till your changes this week. I have not been able to see pending transactions and now I went to check my direct deposit and it's not posted. You need to fix this or I'm going shopping for a new bank

Unable to see transactions. It shows balance only. If you click the available balance to see your transactions, it says an error has occurred. I don't know what type of update was recently done, but it's made the mobile app, unusable. Please fix ASAP.
