My app was just updated. The mobile deposit feature is horrible. It had never been as good as other bank's mobile deposit feature. It would not accept the pics of my checks...listed about 5-6 things wrong and when I tried adjusting something else was off. Then out of 3 checks 2 were held for review. Even though they were business checks not personal ones. It took way too long to do something that should take a few minutes!!!

Seriously need to work on the mobile deposit feature. The scanner can apparently read the handwritten value of a check but warns it couldn't read the computer generated numbers along the bottom. Posted review in hopes of getting the attention of motivating support to address the issue. Reduced to 1 star after experiencing this issue over and over and over again without any response from support or correction of the issue. UPDATE: they still haven't fixed the issue and it appears it got worse.

Not a fan of the new interface. It should seamlessly integrate with the desktop version, the experience should be identical. Transfers between accounts are difficult to manage in the mobile app, I should be able to pick the source and destination accounts and shares from a drop down, as they are in the desktop. ONE star because of the poor UX.
